In 2015, we set out on a personal ‘Little Big Year’ quest: to spot 500 bird species across the United States. What began as a weekend hobby quickly evolved into a lifelong adventure—and Weekend Warbler was born.

Over the years, we’ve been lucky to witness rare birds in breathtaking landscapes, meet passionate birders and expert guides, and experience the generous hospitality of communities across the country and the world. Every trip has deepened our appreciation for nature and the people who help us understand it.
